Raul Claros is a lifelong Democrat with deep roots in both Council District 10 and Council District 1. He grew up navigating the neighborhoods shaped by the realities, challenges, and strengths that working families know well.

Today, Raul is raising his 10-year-old daughter Valentina in CD1. His connection is not symbolic - it is daily, lived, and personal. This is where he works, where he parents, and where he is invested in building a future that lasts beyond one election cycle.

As Executive Director of the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region, Raul learned that leadership is not about ideology. It is about preparation, coordination, and delivering results under pressure. That same standard drives his campaign.
